2 Rooms available in House on S.R. 45, late Dec-August, perhaps longer(325/month + utilities, which are reasonable) 4.5 acres, with pretty backyard view.
I’m pretty easy going to live with and not really dirty, but can have piles of books, food ingredients, and crafts everywhere at times. Rent would be 325 plus utilities, which are pretty reasonable (good insulating windows). Rooms are a regular size with at least one window and a closet, and there are two living rooms in the house with storage space in the basement for food preservation and whatnot. There’s a large barn on the property that has electric and water hook-up too (I will eventually get chickens, no roosters though!) There’s a lot of space for gardening if you’re interested in that. I can’t have any cats (family who visits are allergic). You’d have to be okay with dogs, i have an energetic and friendly dog I share with my partner. The house is 2.5 miles from the bypass (head east on 10th street and keep going) on S.R. 45, 1.5 miles from the bus stop, and on a bike route. You can also easily get to Griffy Lake from the house by bike or car too.

You would be living with my awesome friend Lily who is a performance artist and wonderful caretaker for a lot of kiddos in this town. She has a busy schedule, so you would likely get some free time for yourself at home too. She’s been a great roommate and isn’t too picky, but you should know how to clean up after yourself in the kitchen (the kitchen isn’t so big). The room is big and has a huge walk-in closet. There is a large 3-year old organic garden in the backyard. The house is a 25 minute walk to downtown, easy bikeride most places, and two blocks from 2 different bus routes (one of which is an express bus).
