We are 36 people living in four houses working together to share expenses, responsibilities, and community. Think of the time you spend cooking, cleaning and shopping just for yourself. When there is a community of us working to do those things for each other - everyone saves time, energy, and money. A co-op makes those things possible. If you like these benefits of a community, then maybe you should live with us.

What you give:

1. Between $485-585 (depending on the room/house) a month to cover everything. Everything includes: rent, meals, utilities, internet & other expenses that make sense to share (e.g. laundry detergent, dish soap).
2. About 5 hours of chores a week to maintain a clean and comfortable household (e.g. cook, shop, sweep).
3. Attend house meetings to discuss household operation and make decisions.

What you get: 

1. More delicious, local, and organic food than you or a smaller household could afford for the same amount of money.
2. 5 hours of chores done by fellow co-opers to make the household clean and cozy.
3. A diverse community in which to live and work.
